Charles has a broad ranging practice across the fields of commercial and employment law, and has appeared in every relevant Court and tribunal including the House of Lords. He was appointed QC in 2009 when still only 19 years Call.
For some 6 years he was engaged in the seminal and high-profile “Dadourian” litigation, which has given rise to landmark cases in civil fraud including most notably in the continually expanding area of worldwide freezing injunctions.
He is frequently in demand for complex, high value litigation in commercial and employment law, requiring tactical nous, team leadership and fearless advocacy. Current / recent instructions:
