David Hacking is a chartered arbitrator and has over 40 years experience in commercial litigation. He has acted in numerous high profile international arbitrations in commercial and construction disputes.
A former partner at London firm Richards Butler, David has acted as a barrister, arbitrator and mediator since 1999 and has an expertise in arbitration and mediation matters relating to commercial arbitrations, in the aviation, commodities, construction and pharmaceutical companies. David is also a US attorney at law and is amember of professional associations in a number of jurisdictions including India, Hungary, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Switzerland.

In the House of Lords, David led the reforms in English arbitration law of the 1970s and remained actively involved in them until the end of the 1990s. He has also been widely published in numerous publications on arbitration and the law.
