Broad commercial practice covering all forms of contractual disputes with court appearances, drafting and advisory experience, including the following areas: - sale and supply of goods and services, - distance selling - credit hire - licensing.
Personal Injury law
Experience in general personal injury & health and safety cases. Advocacy experience includes case merits and quantum hearings, case management conferences, strike out applications Considerable drafting experience of Claimant and Defendant pleadings and witness statements in small and fast track claims.

Broad practice including experience of possession hearings & small claims arbitrations involving insurance claims.
