Judgment Details

The Court of Appeal handed down a 238-paragraph judgment on Friday 13th March 2009 in the long-running multi-million dollar international fraud case of Dadourian Group International Inc v Simms and others.

Following a 6-day hearing in December 2008, all the grounds of appeal raised by the defendants have been rejected and their appeals dismissed with costs. Charles Samek and Brian Lacy, instructed by Withers LLP, acted for the successful respondents.
