Jonathan Cohen successfully obtains injunction to prevent dock workers strike
17.02.2010

Jonathan Cohen successfully obtained an injunction today from Mr Justice Sweeney against Unite the Union to prevent workers from striking at Milford Haven Port. There was due to be a 48 hour stoppage from tomorrow which would have prevented oil and gas from reaching the refineries and storage depots. Around 25% of the UK’s supply comes through Milford Haven. Jonathan was instructed by Morgan Cole in Cardiff.
