Mediation

Littleton is "acknowledged as the leading set in the country in the provision of mediation services" (Legal 500 2007). We provide a dedicated mediation service, Littleton Dispute Resolution Services (LDRS), which is fully accredited by the Civil Mediation Council.

Our mediators have specialised expertise as trial advocates in a wide range of legal areas including commercial, professional negligence, employment, company and libel law. They assimilate complex cases at short-notice, and use their extensive expertise to assist parties to resolve even the most intractable of disputes.

In addition to mediation, LDRS is able to provide early neutral evaluation of disputes if required.  Our mediators also provide in-depth mediation awareness training to solicitors and their clients.

Our staff provide excellent administrative support, which enables LDRS to provide a fast, efficient and cost-effective service.
