  • Dwain Chambers v British Olympic Association [2008] EWHC 2028 (QB). Highly publicised sprinter's legal challenge to the British Olympic Association's eligibility criteria for the Beijing 2008 Olympics for those formerly convicted of a doping offence.

  • Crystal Palace (2000) Limited v Iain Dowie [2007] EWHC 1392  - John Davies QC and Stuart Ritchie successfully established that Iain Dowie, the ex-Manager of Crystal Palace (2000) Limited, had deceived the club into entering into a Compromise Agreement. 
  • Swindon Town FC v The Football League - Judicial review / FA Appeals
  • Terry Venables v Tottenham Hotspur - Wrongful dismissal
  • Crystal Palace FC v Steve Bruce - Garden Leave
  • Peter Leaver QC v The Premier League Ltd - Wrongful dismissal
