Benjamin practices in commercial, employment, insolvency and regulatory law.
He joined Littleton upon successful completion of pupillage, during which he assisted in a number of high-profile cases. He has a First Class degree in War Studies from King’s College, London, a ‘Distinction’ in the GDL at BPP Law School and was awarded a Major Scholarship by Inner Temple.
Since joining Littleton, Benjamin has forged a successful practice across the spectrum of Chambers’ practice areas. He is regularly instructed as sole counsel in cases of varying complexity and length, and is also instructed as a junior.
Benjamin prides himself on a methodical and thorough approach to litigation; attention to detail; a keen eye for strategic and presentation matters; and a flexible approach in cross-examination.
