Littleton and the London Olympics

In this Olympic year Littleton is proud to announce that two of its members, John Mehrzad and Katherine Apps, have been selected by the Bar Council, Law Society and British Association of Sport and Law as Individual Sports Advocates at London 2012.

They were appointed amongst only 15 barristers selected from over 300 applicants. 

During the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the selected Advocates will appear before an ad hoc sitting of the Court of Arbitration for Sport to resolve disputes between athletes, coaches and national federations.

This recognition follows on from a busy year in sports law for Littleton with appearances on a range of matters before the Premier League, High Court and the National Anti-Doping Panel.
