LITTLETON'S ADAM SOLOMON QC IN LEADING RESTRICTIVE COVENANT CASE

Adam Solomon QC of Littleton is currently appearing in the Supreme Court in the first employee competition case to be considered at this level for over 100 years. Tillman v Egon Zehnder will become the leading case on the correct construction of non-compete restrictive covenants and the doctrine of severance. Adam jointly represents the appellants, Egon Zehnder, in conjunction with James Laddie QC, both instructed by Patrick Brodie of Reynolds Porter Chamberlain.
